Ordering and EFT

Submitting a quote request does not take a payment or guarantee a production slot. The team confirms the design, final pricing, delivery arrangements and invoice with EFT details. Production starts after review and payment confirmation.

Custom work

All catalogue products and custom projects are quoted from your description, quantity and reference images. No fixed product prices are displayed. The team designs your piece and sends a preview for approval; size, materials, finishing and delivery affect the final quote. You receive the final invoice before production.

NFC compatibility

NFC requires a compatible phone with NFC enabled. Destinations use public HTTPS links. Keep those links current and ensure you have permission to share the content and branding you upload.

Delivery and changes

Delivery timing and collection arrangements are confirmed with your invoice. Contact the team before production to request changes. Final returns, cancellation and warranty terms need to be confirmed for public launch.
