What the platform keeps

Your name and email, request details, reference images, order and delivery information and NFC destination links are stored to provide the service. Requests are emailed through Resend to our team. Reference images stay private in our admin area. There is no customer account requirement. Admin passwords are salted hashes and sessions use HTTP-only cookies.

Tap activity

Tap analytics store the NFC tag, time and a broad device category. Individual tapper IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored with tap activity. Tap counts may include repeat visits; they are interactions rather than unique people.

Your choices

For updates to your details or NFC destinations, or access, correction and deletion requests, use the contact form. Historical order records may need to be retained for fulfilment and accounting.

Use the contact form for privacy questions. Operator contact details and record-retention periods are being finalised for the trading launch.
